ReachPlus Alerts Advanced

ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced) is a software package which has been developed keeping in mind the need for instant or broadcast communication of critical or emergency information across an organization. With ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced), you can broadcast instant alerts to all or a select group of users.

Consider a security or a safety crisis, where your warning email may take a few hours before a user reads it. With ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced), your message will be delivered as a popup on the user screen regardless of what they are doing. ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced) is a valuable tool in the event of a fire, terrorist alert, security breach or any other security or safety hazard.

Consider a network-related crisis. It could be an email server going offline or a virus spreading on your network. Remember how many alerts you have to send over email and in some cases by paying a visit before you can begin to mitigate the situation. With ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced), it is simple. Just broadcast a message to all and go ahead and concentrate on your core job functions.

Ever wished you had a network PA (Public Address) system? Building administrators and building security personnel can use ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced) to send emergency alerts and notifications to users most efficiently. Emergency evacuations, fire drills are some of the needs which can be addressed by ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced).

It does not end at that. ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced) keeps a log of all the messages you send along with the status (delivered/not delivered), so that you can know who got your messages.

ReachPlus Alerts can be used as a standalone tool which is installable on Windows XP, 2000 or NT 4.0.

The ReachPlus Alerts (Advanced) server is managed through a detailed ReachPlus Management Console window. This console can be run on the same machine on which the server is installed as well as on a remote machine. Using the console, you can manage the server centrally. Using the ReachPlus console, you can define global IP addresses and groups as well as Windows domains and their users.
